Return and Refund Policy
You can return the received goods without stating any reasons within 14 days by sending back the goods. The period begins upon receipt of this policy in written form or by email, prior to the receipt of the goods. The return period starts upon receipt of the goods. Only for goods that are not suitable for parcel shipping (e.g., bulky goods) can you declare the return by a written request.
The goods must be undamaged and free of any defects for an uncomplicated return. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the goods or the return request in time. In any case, the return is at the customer’s expense and must be sent to:

Exceptions
Custom-made products, which are specifically manufactured according to customer specifications, are generally excluded from returns. In exceptional cases and under consultation and agreement with BlueLine, different arrangements can be made.
Consequences of Return
In the case of an effective return, the mutually received benefits must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g., usage advantages) must be handed over. In the case of a deterioration of the goods, compensation can be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as would have been possible in a physical store. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods by not using the goods as your own property and avoiding anything that could reduce their value. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days.
